Where did my info go?

My biggest concern is where my info went when I downloaded to Dropbox. I was never given the option of creating a folder, nor did a generic folder arrive into my account.
There arent card templates available for other types of cards, e.g. Insurance, club cards, gas cards, etc. Im sure there are others.
Once these issues are addressed, I will be more than happy to bless this app with 5 stars.
